Track Name: Eugene MX Park

Location: Junction City, Oregon

By entering and using Eugene MX Park (the “Track”), you agree to the following Terms & Conditions. These terms are in place to ensure the safety of all riders, spectators, and staff, and to protect the integrity of the facility.

1. Assumption of Risk

Motocross is an inherently dangerous sport. By entering the premises or participating in any activity, all riders and spectators acknowledge the risks involved, including but not limited to injury, property damage, or death.

2. Waivers & Release

All participants (or guardians of minors) must complete and sign a liability waiver prior to riding. No exceptions. Failure to do so will result in denial of access to the track.

3. Safety Requirements

• DOT-approved helmets, goggles, boots, gloves, and appropriate riding gear are mandatory.

• Riders must follow all posted rules and directions given by staff or flaggers.

• Reckless, aggressive, or unsafe behavior will result in immediate removal without refund.

• Riding under the influence of drugs or alcohol is strictly prohibited.

4. Track Rules

• Only motorcycles and approved equipment are allowed on the track.

• No riding in pits, parking lots, or non-designated areas.

• Ride within your skill level at all times.

• Pets must be leashed and under control.

• No overnight camping unless explicitly permitted.

5. Refunds & Weather Policy

Ride fees are non-refundable. In the case of weather-related cancellations, credits may be issued at the discretion of management.

6. Media Release

By entering the premises, you grant Eugene MX Park permission to use photos or video taken during events for promotional purposes unless a written request is submitted in advance to opt out.

7. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Eugene MX Park, its owners, staff, and affiliates from any claims, damages, or losses related to your use of the facility.

8. Changes to Terms

Eugene MX Park reserves the right to modify these terms at any time. Updated terms will be posted at the facility and/or online.
